FIR system of the police department ?
Good morning Team, Let's have a great discussion on a topic called the FIR system of the police department. The reason behind this innovative topic is actually our government system forgets the objective of why there has to be a police department for the public. The point is that the team police system is for internal security but for the public we have security measures like since the year 1800 standard especially in our country but when it comes to matters of a connection or influencer then it becomes NYPD. So as it seems in case of smartness our police department has flaws but in terms of dedication and vacancy or showing no interest in new post creations may be the cause of this defamation of this department of the government. Because due it is a shift system so they need more people in team than other departments. Also their shifts should be reduced to 6 hrs so that they can make time for family as well as increase their dedication in work space. Also team we need to enhance their salary started from group C so that they can never want to choose a side way for their over needs. In this manner we can reduce the corruption in this department. Also we want an e-fir system so that any public can lodge its FIR its mobile itself, we just need to give the public a proper format for it. So that they can generate requests by themselves and track status through mobile apps. In application police stations should map so that this FIR will land in corresponding police stations.
