Gender discrimination on work space especially in the armed forces ?
Good morning Team, Let's have a great discussion on a topic called Gender discrimination on work space especially in the armed forces. But before going to the discussion let me ask us a question: are women safe in their workplaces? The point is the team if you ask my answer to this question then my answer is no. Because we endure a girl child like a princess but when it comes to our colleagues case then why do we think let's take benefits of her. If she does anything on her own then we take it as granted like she gives us a chance. The point is the same thing happened in India's airforce. But still after 2 years no judgement or victim got punished. This story was from 2022. This women cader faces brutal gang rape on a party which was hosted on her base. Means of an armed forces regiment is not safe for a woman then what could be the best place for her. Point is the team she got died due to this but still no one wants to give a look in this case after her die itself. I don't have many words to describe this brutality. Nothing much.
